Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Lahore District. The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and identify new market opportunities. Responsibilities also include managing client relationships, monitoring sales performance, and coordinating with marketing to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
- Ability to develop and implement effective Sales Strategies
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Analytical skills for monitoring sales performance and market trends
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
