· Channel Development: Develop business with resellers in the central Pakistan market, negotiate product referencing, manage stock-in, monitor stock levels, and organize promotional activities to boost sales.
· Marketing: Conduct regular customer visits to maintain relationships, discuss business opportunities, provide product training, and understand customer needs and challenges to support their business growth.
· Offline Store Visits: Regularly visit stores to assess product placement, improve visibility, and increase sales.
· Market Review: Analyze market trends to identify customer needs, sales potential, pricing strategies, and competitors.
· Industry Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, including new technologies, products, pricing, and strategies, and take appropriate actions.
· Sales Planning: Develop sales plans and ensure their effective execution.
Your profile:
· Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the CCTV market, IT equipment, Consumer Electronics, or Networking (a plus).
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
· Strong business communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
· Demonstrated success in sales negotiations and building client relationships.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and manage stress effectively.
· Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
· Bachelor's Degree or higher.
