Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to fill various positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bulk recruitment using social media platforms, job boards, and other online sources to identify potential candidates.

  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to meet business needs and goals.

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and providing them with a pool of qualified candidates.

  • Maintaining accurate records and data related to candidate interactions, application status, and recruitment metrics.

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in recruitment.

  • Familiarity with ATS systems and ability to learn new software quickly.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
