Mineral Expert Position

This position is a key role in the development of Pakistan's mining sector. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise to support sustainable development, enhance mineral resource assessments, and promote responsible investment.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geology, mining engineering, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in mining operations, project management, or policy advisory.
  • Key responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating technical proposals, advising on exploration licensing processes, providing technical input on environmental and social management aspects, and contributing to the design and promotion of investment opportunities.

Monitoring and evaluation will be an essential part of this role, ensuring compliance with license obligations, tracking the effectiveness of sector policies, and contributing to continuous improvement of technical standards.

Remuneration will be competitive, with applicable allowances as per Government of Pakistan rules.
