  • Conduct market research and gather data from various primary and secondary sources to inform business decisions.

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business performance.
  • Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research objectives with business goals.

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (3-5 years) in a research analyst role, with a strong emphasis on business research.
  3. Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI).
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in designing and conducting surveys or other primary research methods, knowledge of specific business sectors (e.g., IT, finance), or an understanding of statistical modeling and forecasting techniques would be beneficial.
