Strategic Leadership Position

The role of Executive Director is a key position in any organization, requiring strong leadership skills to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and organizational policies.

  • Oversee all departments and ensure efficient and effective operations.

  • Represent the organization to stakeholders, partners, donors, and the public.

  • Lead fundraising, grant writing, and resource mobilization efforts.

  • Work with the board of directors to set goals, track progress, and ensure compliance.

  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and audits.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community, government, and industry partners.

  • Recruit, manage, and support senior leadership and staff development.

  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Suitable candidates will have proven leadership experience, preferably in a similar executive or senior management role. They should possess strong strategic planning, organizational, and financial management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities are also essential.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field is required. In addition, the ability to inspire teams and build a strong, values-driven organizational culture is highly valued.
