Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase bookings and project visibility.
  • Establish partnerships with multinational companies, HR departments, banks, hospitals, and educational institutions to offer our apartments as employee investment or benefit options.
  • Conduct presentations, site visits, and one-on-one meetings with potential clients and corporate decision-makers to showcase the value of our properties.
  • Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless buyer journey.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales tactics and relationship-building.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and customer engagement processes to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to align messaging and optimize lead conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with records of calls, leads, pipeline status, and customer feedback in CRM systems.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and expos to network and generate new leads.
