We are seeking a New Business Lead Management Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in residential construction projects, with a strong understanding of organizational and lead management skills.

The successful candidate will be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation. They will also possess effective communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Key responsibilities include briefing new leads on client brand information and project details, as well as managing lead data records and preparing new project contracts/agreements.

In addition, the candidate will collaborate with technical team members, such as architects and interior designers, to develop drawings and plans for residential projects.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in residential architectural planning and interior designing.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation.
  • Strong organizational and lead management skills, with ability to follow through via digital portal, email, messaging, and face-to-face meetings with new leads.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu.
