This revolutionary residential project is looking for well-experienced Sales Managers. Offering 2 positions, candidates must meet the qualifications to be considered.

Responsibilities:
  1. Generate and qualify leads via communication
  2. Schedule sales appointments and activities
  3. Promote products/services to new and existing customers
  4. Perform cost-benefit analysis of new and existing customers
  5. Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
  6. Develop strategies for more effective sales closing and share with the team
  7. Maintain positive business relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
  8. Prioritize client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
  9. Source and develop client referrals
  10. Track personal appointments and sales
  11. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications:

Key Requirements:
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Islamabad - reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
  • Education: Graduate (Preferred)
  • Experience: 3 years in sales and marketing in Real Estate (Preferred)
