Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Operations Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our After Sales Service & Support.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient resolution of customer complaints and providing timely after-sales services and support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain closer relationships with clients to increase service revenue through maintenance contracts and sales of spare parts.
  • Handle all matters independently in the absence of the General Manager / Service Manager and guide junior team members on their duties accordingly.
Technical Requirements:
  • Expertise in CNG & generators electrical operations & troubleshooting.
What You'll Do:
  1. Ensure the smooth operation of After Sales Service & Support.
  2. Provide timely after-sales services and support to clients.
  3. Develop and maintain client relationships to increase service revenue.
  4. Handle independent responsibilities and guide junior team members.
