Recruitment Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-driven professional to join our team in optimizing operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Gather and input data into databases, verifying accuracy of valuable company information, and maintain quality data in clients' proprietary systems.

  2. Analyze business requirements to recommend data management solutions, ensuring usability of software and equipment, and manage malfunctions.

  3. Provide support for researching data from upper management and employees, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

  4. Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices, focusing on process improvement and innovation.

  5. Create systems and processes to efficiently capture information, coach the team on usage, and generate leads, storing responses in datasheets and databases.

Daily Tasks:

  1. Verify data for errors or redundancies, make corrections, and check output, ensuring accuracy and precision.

  2. Research information needed for clients with minimal oversight, utilizing internal resources and expertise.

  3. Develop internal processes and filing systems, ensuring efficient information retrieval and storage.

  4. Perform quick checks for the validity of data, maintaining high-quality results within a quick turnaround time.

Requirements:

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

  • Fast typing, with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and online forms, leveraging technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and precision in all tasks and responsibilities.

  • Experience developing internal processes and filing systems, with a proven track record of success and improvement.
