Job Summary

Technical Support Specialist Role

The ideal candidate will contribute to our Global Operations team, playing a vital part in enhancing our Product Support Team.

  • Provide Level 2 technical support to resolve intricate issues.
  • Analyze logs and provide resolution to assigned tickets.
  • Perform configurations and testing in proto environments.
  • Roll out configuration changes in Production.
  • Handle real-time Production issues and offer optimum solutions.
  • Assign/escalate issues to relevant teams with complete details in a timely manner.
  • Communicate complicated issues to internal and external stakeholders clearly.
  • Analyze/document user requirements and create technical specifications.
  • Deliver all assigned projects/tasks efficiently.
  • Offer estimations of assigned work and collaborate with Team Lead and management to ensure successful deliveries.
  • Collaborate with Customer/Client support, Relationship management, IT, Development, and other Operations teams for efficient outcomes.
  • Review, manage, and maintain the knowledge base.

Required skills include being organized, thorough, process-driven, able to handle pressure, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, competent in computer systems and technologies, and compliance with organizational processes, procedures, and policies.
