Job Title: Skilled Java Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional Java developer to join our team, bringing 4-5 years of experience in developing high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the migration and modernization of legacy Java codebases to the latest versions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Design and implement robust microservices architectures, leveraging Spring Boot and associated technologies, to drive business growth and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain efficient database solutions using relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end project success, guiding and mentoring engineers on adopting best practices, clean code, design patterns, and performance optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4–5 years of professional Java development experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in migrating legacy Java systems to newer versions.
  • Proficient with WildFly and/or JBoss Application Servers.
  • Experience in designing and implementing microservices from monolithic architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and related frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of modern deployment strategies, containers, orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and their potential pitfalls.
  • Deep experience with Relational Databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Proven ability to guide teams and establish coding standards and practices in Java.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
