Software Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Software Sales Professional with expertise in software sales to drive growth and expansion for our organization.

This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, and navigating the customer lifecycle. Knowledge of sales tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Drive software sales by identifying and closing deals with prospective clients.
    • Exceed revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies and account management.
  2. Lead Generation and Qualification:
    • Leverage CRM tools to identify and qualify leads.
    • Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients through targeted outreach.
    • Utilize market research to discover new opportunities.
  3. Customer Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from engagement and onboarding to retention and upselling.
    • Maintain regular communication and resolve issues promptly.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  5. Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
    • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales goals.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track and report sales activities and performance metrics.
    • Provide insights to optimize sales processes and strategies.
Job Requirements
  1. Sales Expertise:
    • Proven experience in software sales with a strong track record of achievement.
    • Understanding of B2B sales processes and best practices.
  2. CRM and Tools Knowledge:
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead generation.
    • Familiarity with other CRM platforms is a plus.
  3. Customer Lifecycle Knowledge:
    • In-depth knowledge of the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion.
    • Ability to develop tailored strategies for different stages of the customer journey.
  4. Relationship Management:
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
    • Ability to negotiate and build trust with clients.
  5. Analytical and Strategic Thinking:
    • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and optimize sales strategies.
    • Strategic mindset with ability to balance short-term gains and long-term growth.
