Customer Service Representative (In-Bound)

You will be the face of our organization, answering in-bound calls from customers in proficient English. This role demands ambition, a strong professional work ethic, excellent listening skills, commercial acumen, and great English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Take instructions from customers for specific vehicles as per their requirements.
  2. Secure payment instructions from customers over the phone.
  3. Offer timely and error-free pricing to customers.
  4. Amend and cancel active bookings on customer requests, providing solutions where necessary.
  5. Keep track of arriving and departing flights according to upcoming taxi bookings.
  6. Liaise with the UK office to resolve queries and provide assistance.
  7. Connect customers with drivers for smooth rides, focusing on quality.
  8. Handle queries and grievances from drivers swiftly.
  9. Ensure accurate pickup and drop-off to maintain high-quality standards.
Job Specification

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Preferably inbound call center experience or at least 1 year of experience in a similar role with a reputable company.
  2. Working knowledge of taxi booking software is a plus.
  3. Minimum high school graduation required.

Contract Type:

  1. Full-time, 7/24 shift-based contract, office-based, market-competitive salary.
