Job Title: IT Recruitment Specialist - Bahria Town, Islamabad

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Recruitment Specialist in our team at GenZ Talent.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our recruitment team in Bahria Town, Islamabad. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and maintaining and updating candidate databases.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have proven skills in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination. They will also have strong market research and data analysis abilities, excellent verbal and written English communication, high attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.

GenZ Talent is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in the USA, with its recruitment and operations team located in Islamabad, Bahria Town, Phase 4. We are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and strive to build long-term relationships with our talent pool.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for IT and software engineering roles
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
  • Maintaining and updating candidate databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Conducting market research to identify talent pools and hiring trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
  • Strong market research and data analysis abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience using recruitment tools, databases, and ATS systems
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field

Benefits:

This is an onsite, full-time role that offers a competitive salary of PKR 70,000 - 120,000 + bonus on each placement. You will also have the opportunity to work with a global team and contribute to the growth and success of GenZ Talent.

Location:

The role is based in Bahria Town, Islamabad, and requires applicants to be fluent in English and willing to work onsite. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
