We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team as an onsite, full-time role. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and fluency in English to support the hiring needs of US-based clients.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global team and contribute to the growth of our company. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and maintaining and updating candidate databases.

The successful candidate will possess proven skills in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination, as well as strong market research and data analysis abilities. They will also have excellent verbal and written English communication skills and high attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
