About Our Job:

We are looking for a key member of our team to take on the day-to-day and long-term administrative responsibilities. The Associate HR & Operations role is crucial in ensuring internal operations are running smoothly as we continue to work on our products.

Responsibilities include managing employee contract signing, onboarding, and offboarding, coordinating with recruiters, executing hiring processes, managing employee performance reviews, and tracking attendance and leaves schedules.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing office operational expense record keeping, coordinating with medical insurance agents, assisting with legal compliance matters, payroll tracking and processing, and supporting employees with operational needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Fresh to 1 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experienced with reporting using spreadsheets
  • Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possesses exceptional organizational skills

Work Arrangements:

  • Work Mode: Onsite - Full Time
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Timing: 10am - 7pm
