Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate HR Business Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in aligning HR strategies with our organizational goals, ensuring that our people initiatives effectively support the business's growth and success. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment through effective employee relations, supporting talent management processes, and contributing to organizational development efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the HRBP team to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and department leaders, ensuring a clear understanding of their HR needs.
  2. Assist in implementing HR strategies that align with overall business objectives and support departmental requirements.
  3. Support the management of employee relations issues by offering guidance to both employees and managers.
  4. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for enhancement, helping to improve the overall employee experience.
  5. Help facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  6. Aid in the performance appraisal process by providing tools and resources to managers and employees to promote effective performance evaluation.
  7. Support training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and competencies for career growth.
  8. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper HR documentation to support compliance and operational efficiency.
  9. Build credibility through effective communication and relationship-building skills while representing HR positively and professionally.
  10. Support initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture at CureMD, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
  11. Assist in managing change by effectively communicating with employees and addressing their concerns throughout transitions.
  12. Support the HRBP team in executing strategic initiatives and projects, participating in various HR projects as assigned.
  13. Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, minimizing organizational risk.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Previous 0-1 year of experience or internship in HR is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
