IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

This position is responsible for establishing and leading the Project Management Office (PMO) within the procurement function. The role will drive effective governance, execution oversight, and performance tracking of key procurement initiatives. This includes ensuring strategic alignment, project discipline, and timely delivery across transformation programs, digital procurement initiatives, cost optimization efforts, and process improvement projects. As a strategic partner to the Group Head of Procurement, the role will provide actionable insights and structured visibility across the entire procurement portfolio.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and develop key projects.
  • Plan and manage project activities, including setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
  • Continuously monitor project progress to ensure alignment with company standards, adherence to budgets, and on-time delivery.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Group Head of Procurement (GHP) on strategic initiatives, training materials, presentations, and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Coordinate and document high-level meetings, track key decisions, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Promote consistency and efficiency in reporting across the procurement function.
  • Maintain structured documentation for meetings, project updates, and strategic decisions.
  • Streamline reporting processes to enhance accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Track and report on realized savings versus forecasted savings to measure procurement performance throughout the year.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
