Agile Facilitator

As a seasoned Agile facilitator, you will spearhead the implementation of Scrum principles across our development teams. With a strong passion for collaboration and continuous improvement, you will ensure seamless execution of sprints, promote a culture of high performance, and shield the team from distractions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Guide the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and values, ensuring adherence to principles and facilitating growth.
  • Remove impediments and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team, supporting the Product Owner in managing the product backlog.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates, fostering transparency and trust.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Good knowledge of Agile tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
