Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and organized Store Keeper to manage the manual receiving of materials, ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  1. Post all received stock of material as per manual receiving documents.
  2. Maintain receiving registers for goods such as boxes, electrical accessories, stationery items, packing material, and shopping bags.
  3. Issue materials to parties as required.
  4. Maintain dispatch registers for goods such as boxes, electrical accessories, stationery items, packing material, and shopping bags.
  5. Keep a daily record of stationery in excel format.
  6. Fulfill the demands of the factory and warehouse according to their needs.
  7. Generate monthly demands for boxes, electrical accessories, stationery items, packing material, and other supplies.
  8. Maintain a report on the daily status of stationery.
  9. Issue gate passes for all outdoor goods.
  10. Dispatch post mail and parcels to vendors through DCS or Agility.
  11. Maintain daily dispatch and receiving reports for parcels and post mail.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly physical audit.
  • Items receiving and dispatch, with accurate record-keeping.
  • Report on material dispatch and receiving.
  • Record keeping for electrical accessories, including cables, energy savers, halogens, connectors, holders, and emergency lights.
