We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee all aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels by issuing purchase orders, noting opening and closing levels.
  2. Logistics Management: Manage logistics staff for on-time production and delivery of goods.
  3. Stock Issuance: Record all stock issued and received.
  4. Reporting: Analyze consumption and worker productivity through reports.
  5. Performance Management: Drive high performance through appraisal systems.
  6. Quality Standards: Implement international quality and hygiene standards in the warehouse and store.
  7. SOP Implementation: Implement company developed SOPs for production, quality, and safety.
Requirements:
  • Leadership skills and self-improvement attitude.
  • Demonstrated track record in strategic business objectives development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, training, communication, negotiation, and consultative skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain best practices.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
Job Specification:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with commercial inventory management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control.
