Customer Support Role Overview
Job Summary- We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, efficient, and detailed support to customers for software products.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure high-quality support.
- Monitor support queues to address tickets and follow up on pending items.
- Maintain a positive attitude and respond professionally to customer inquiries.
- Perform client onboarding and training post-sales.
- Prepare knowledge base support articles for new functionality.
- Handle phone calls, document problems, and communicate trends to leadership.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Fresh to 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for technology and genuine interest in software industry.
