Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Support Specialist to provide top-notch support for our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install and configure software according to client requirements.
  2. Offer on-site and online support to resolve technical issues.
  3. Test and deploy applications in a timely manner.
  4. Deploy databases and manage backup, restore, and data migration processes.
  5. Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  6. Meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in software installation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Travel Requirements:

  • Visit client premises within assigned territory.
