HR & Admin Officer

We are looking for a skilled HR and Admin professional to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department.

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and time-off requests
  • Updating internal databases with new hire information
  • Creating guidelines and documents about company policies
  • Gathering payroll data like bank accounts and working days
  • Publishing and removing job ads
  • Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates as needed
  • Preparing reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
  • Developing training and onboarding material
  • Providing employee support on benefits such as vacation time
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting the HR team in maintaining accurate personnel records
  2. Managing internal databases and ensuring timely updates
  3. Communicating policy changes to employees
  4. Coordinating payroll data and financial transactions
  5. Facilitating the hiring process from start to finish
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Work experience in an HR or administrative capacity
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
