Responsibilities:- Maintaining Overtime Reports: Ensure timely preparation and submission of overtime reports as per the established plan.
- Safety Protocols: Collaborate with teams to identify potential hazards, prevent incidents, and implement corrective measures.
- Workshop Maintenance: Oversee regular maintenance and repair of site facilities, ensuring they remain safe and well-maintained.
- Vehicle Management: Conduct routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of company vehicles, optimizing fuel usage and minimizing losses.
- Procurement and Supplies: Manage procurement of essential items, including fire extinguishers, stationery, medical supplies, and water.
- Security Measures: Implement and monitor security protocols at Sundar Factory to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment drives, updating job ads, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Employee Advances: Process employee advances and loans efficiently.
- CCTV Report Generation: Contribute to the creation of CCTV reports.
- Proven Work Experience: Possess relevant experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- HR Systems Familiarity: Have knowledge of Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Showcase expertise in full-cycle recruiting.
- Labor Legislation: Demonstrate a good understanding of labor legislation, particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance.
- Leadership Abilities: Display demonstrable leadership abilities.
- Qualifications: Hold a degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
