We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team at OneClout. As a results-driven sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:

Candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or enterprise setting.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in various digital tools, including CRM systems, social media, and email marketing software.
  • Familiarity with sales analytics, data interpretation, and metric tracking.
