Job Title: E-commerce Expert for MENA Region

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Expert to manage and scale online stores in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The ideal candidate is proficient in Shopify, AliExpress, TikTok ads, and has deep knowledge of regional logistics and customer behavior.

The successful candidate will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing dropshipping stores for Saudi and UAE markets. This includes conducting product research tailored to local trends and cultural preferences, running and analyzing ads on Facebook, TikTok, Google with ROI-driven strategies, and handling order fulfillment, supplier communications, and dispute resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage dropshipping stores for Saudi and UAE markets
  • Conduct product research and stay up-to-date with local trends and cultural preferences
  • Run and analyze ads on Facebook, TikTok, Google with ROI-driven strategies
  • Handle order fulfillment, supplier communications, and dispute resolutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce for KSA/UAE markets (portfolio preferred)
  • Strong grip on Shopify, AliExpress, Zendrop, CJ Dropshipping, or similar tools
  • Hands-on experience with paid ads and email/SMS marketing funnels
  • Understanding of VAT, customs, and payment gateways in the GCC
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset and a self-starter attitude
