Job Title:

Dynamic Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, driving client success through strategic planning, effective communication, and innovative marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across Google Ads platform.
  2. Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitor landscape, and industry trends.
  3. Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the overall business strategy and company goals.
  4. Launch and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  5. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  6. Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics to track and measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns for better results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of SEM/PPC principles and auction dynamics.
  • Excellent keyword research and competitive analysis skills.
  • Experience with conversion tracking and attribution modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads.
  • Solid experience in managing budgets.
  • Ability to connect with U.S & U.K. audiences.
