Job Summary

The Senior Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing plant equipment and production levels to meet targeted plans. This includes monitoring production capacity and process efficiency, executing production plans in line with sales demands, and managing manpower to ensure proper training.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure plant equipment and production levels align with targeted plans.
  • Monitor and optimize production capacity and process efficiency.
  • Develop and implement production plans in accordance with sales demands.
  • Manage and train personnel as needed.
  • Plan, analyze, and implement work schedules, monitor staff performance, and provide necessary training.
  • Maintain quality control parameters and address customer complaints or defects.
  • Reduce and manage in-house defects from the production floor.
  • Coordinate material procurement, minimize waste, and control losses.
  • Oversee inventory management, including raw materials, production in process, and finished goods warehousing.
  • Liaise with the maintenance department for repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Facilitate communication with senior levels and across departments.
  • Initiate cost-saving projects and quality circles.
  • Establish preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery.
  • Develop and maintain production documentation.

This role requires strong experience in paint R&D, institutional paints, and new products related to the paint line, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
