Job Summary:

Al Haadi Mobilya is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Planning Executive to manage and optimize production planning and workflow within our furniture manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning production schedules with order requirements, ensuring timely delivery, coordinating between departments, and streamlining factory operations for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on order pipeline and capacity.
  • Coordinate closely with procurement, design, store, and production teams to ensure material and resource availability.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust plans to address delays, bottlenecks, or urgent requirements.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Track work orders and provide real-time updates to management regarding job status and timelines.
  • Analyze production data to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and support continuous process enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate records of production schedules, order timelines, and output reports.
  • Participate in daily production meetings and support the factory manager in driving on-ground efficiency.
  • Forecast potential capacity issues and propose proactive solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational SOPs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in production planning or factory operations (preferably in the furniture or manufacturing sector).
  • Strong knowledge of production workflows, scheduling techniques, and resource planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and planning or ERP tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced factory environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems or factory planning software.
  • Familiarity with furniture manufacturing processes, CNC operations, and raw material flows.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Kaizen principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs85,000.00 per month
