Lead Distributor Teams in Implementing Company Strategies
Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading distributor teams to deploy company strategies that address local business needs.
This role requires the ability to train and motivate team members to achieve short-term company objectives and long-term organizational goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing permanent journey plans, screening and hiring Order Bookers/DSRs, and ensuring the implementation of Annual Operating Plans with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Achieve monthly volume targets locked at the start of the year
- Maintain daily planned shops to be visited productivity
- Ensure range availability of PCI snacks in the market
- Identify prime rack location and maintain rack integrity
- Maintain FIFO at warehouse and in market
- Negligible stale products in the market
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, people management experience, and problem-solving abilities. A university graduate with 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity is preferred but not required.
