Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled and bilingual Customer Service Executive to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possessing exceptional communication skills in both languages.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally, maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the front office.
  • Manage the appointment booking system, effectively coordinating with patients to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as required.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about the doctor's services, hours of operation, and other relevant details.
  • Assist English and Spanish-speaking patients to address their concerns and queries, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
  • Patient Registration: Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and relevant medical history, adhering to privacy regulations and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Liaise with insurance providers to verify coverage, obtain pre-authorization for specific treatments or procedures, and communicate this information to patients.
  • Payment Processing: Handle patient billing and payment processing, including co-payments, deductibles, and outstanding balances, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical office or healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle patients with empathy, compassion, and sensitivity to their needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems is desirable.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to resolve patient inquiries and concerns.
