We are seeking a visionary leader to drive business development and strategic partnerships in the public health and development sectors. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, expertise in donor-funded projects, and a deep understanding of Pakistan's development priorities.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Vision and Execution:
  1. Develop a roadmap for business development that aligns with our mission to become a leader in technology for impact.
  2. Identify emerging opportunities and gaps in Pakistan's public health landscape, including maternal and child health, nutrition, education, and climate.
  3. Define a clear value proposition for our organization in the donor, public health, and government sectors.
Partnership Development and Stakeholder Engagement:
  1. Build relationships with donors, international development agencies, NGOs, and government entities.
  2. Represent our organization at high-level meetings, conferences, and forums to increase visibility and foster partnerships.
  3. Position us as a go-to technology partner for development projects in Pakistan.
Proposal Leadership:
  1. Lead proposal creation for donor-funded and public health projects, ensuring they are innovative, compliant, and tailored to funder priorities.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling narratives that showcase our expertise and vision.
  3. Develop frameworks and templates to streamline the proposal process for future opportunities.
Market Analysis and Growth:
  1. Conduct research to stay ahead of trends and challenges in public health and the development sector.
  2. Analyze competitors and industry developments to strategically position our organization.
  3. Identify revenue-generating opportunities that align with our purpose.
Leadership and Team Building:
  1. Build and lead a high-performing business development team that shares our mission and values.
  2. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across the organization.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field, along with 8-10 years of experience in business development and at least 5 years focused on donor-funded projects. A proven track record in crafting and winning proposals is essential.

A strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skillset is required, along with leadership qualities that inspire trust, collaboration, and results.
