Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day communication with clients, partners, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage courier dispatches, physical documents, and contract folders.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Coordinate operational follow-ups and checklists.
  • Support HR, sales, and other teams by coordinating tasks and internal coordination.
Accounting/Admin Tasks
  • Assist in collecting and organizing supporting documents for expense processing.
  • Help maintain and track local payments where applicable.
  • Provide support in reconciliations and routine accounting workflows.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations, admin, or office coordination roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and structured approach to tasks and record keeping.
  • Good communication skills—especially when working with clients, vendors, and teammates.
  • Comfortable juggling different tools like Google Workspace, Excel, courier platforms, etc.
