We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in need.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Demonstrating safe handling and proper use of equipment/supplies
    • Conducting initial and thorough assessments on assigned patients
    • Performing vital and anthropometric assessments
    • Completing rehabilitation assessments and documenting findings
    • Identifying patient health teaching needs and incorporating them into care plans
    • Implementing individualized teaching programs with patients and families
    • Providing high-quality, personalized nursing care to assigned patients
    • Monitoring and updating patient records
    • Making appropriate interventions for safe patient care
    • Complying with department policies and organizational standards
    • Coordinating holistic approaches to meeting patients' needs
    • Acting as a resource and role model for nursing staff and students
Qualifications

To be successful, you should have:

  • A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent qualification
  • Six months of work experience preferred, with three years of experience for Diploma holders
  • A valid license from the relevant regulatory body
  • Certification in Basic Life Support and other relevant areas
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities
