Process Automation Engineer

INTECH is seeking an experienced Process Automation Engineer to design and implement hardware for specialized control systems.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing hardware for control systems, including Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), and Fire & Gas Systems (FGS). They will work with Allen Bradley, Yokogawa, and Honeywell systems, ensuring adherence to major industrial standards throughout project phases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing hardware for control systems, including DCS, SIS, and FGS
  • Providing expertise in wellhead facilities, including Wellhead Control Panels, skids, and solar systems
  • Ensuring adherence to major industrial standards and applying a conceptual understanding of these standards throughout project phases
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field
  • 6 + years of work experience in Industrial Automation & Controls in Allen Bradley, Yokogawa & Honeywell Systems. Experience with Foxboro System will be an advantage
  • Proven experience in hardware design for specialized control systems, including DCS, SIS, and FGS
  • Expertise in working with Allen Bradley, Yokogawa, and Honeywell systems
  • Experience with wellhead control panels, skids, and solar systems is preferred
