Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outlet Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with customers* Managing and supporting stock levels to maximize full price selling, maintaining a high sell-through as well as alignment with new product launches* Monitoring daily sales activities to maximize sales and achieve strong sales results* Ensuring visual merchandise is up-to-date as per required standards* Proactively following current fashion trends, industry news, and key competitors in the market* Updating staff on deals, seasonal sales, new launches, and other campaigns* Monitoring staff behavior with customers and team members* Enforcing dress code policy and coaching team members* Coordinating with the ASM and RSM* Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements
* Previous working experience in a fashion brand* Target-oriented* Detailed knowledge of retail, sales, supply chain, customer services, and after-sales services* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Strong leadership skills*
