Job Description

The Head of Sales will lead a team to achieve sales benchmarks by providing effective leadership and maintaining market share and growth compared to competitors.

Achieving assigned annual/quarterly benchmarks through Key Account Managers is a key responsibility.

Covering all targeted potential accounts and hospitals, as well as recommending locations for improved coverage and customer service, are also essential duties.

The Head of Sales will work with the distribution teams for timely replenishments and inventory management, and collaborate with senior management for tender documentation and quotation issuance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage field force controls, including tour programs, expenses, and adherence to business conduct codes.
  2. Coach Key Account Managers through field visits and virtual meetings, providing on-the-job training in areas such as job orientation, coaching, and sales automation.
  3. Monitor and review sales performance of Key Account Managers monthly, addressing non-performance and developing action plans.
