Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled International Sales Manager to lead our export efforts. As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective export strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade practices, export regulations, and documentation requirements. You will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective export strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new markets and potential customers, and build strong business relationships to increase exports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, production, and shipment of goods.
  • Manage the complete export documentation process, including required permits, licenses, and customs clearance.
  • Stay updated with international trade regulations and ensure compliance at all times.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.
Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Export Manager in the Textiles industry, preferably with knowledge of Towel, Kitchen Towel, Made Ups, and Bed Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of international trade practices, export regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to overcome challenges and achieve desired export outcomes.
