Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled IT Service Management Consultant to join our team at Internetwork Expert.

Responsibilities
  1. Policies and Procedures: Create and maintain IT service management policies and procedures, encompassing incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management.
  2. Department Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the IT service department, including human resource management and arranging for the delivery of IT services.
  3. Service Delivery: Ensure timely and effective delivery of IT services while meeting the needs of business teams.
  4. Cost Control: Manage the budget for IT services and ensure costs are kept in check.
  5. Communication and Engagement: Manage communication and engagements with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and other service providers within the approved framework.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and control risks related to the supply of IT services, ensuring compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and standards.
  7. Tool Performance: Manage the setup, use, and performance of IT service management tools and technologies while continuously assessing and enhancing IT service performance.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in IT service management.
  2. Certifications may include but are not limited to ITIL, Service Now, COBIT, etc.
