Job Description:

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic Customer Service Specialists (CSRs) to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice and face of the brand, providing and analyzing customer needs in order to provide support. The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  1. UK-Based Experience: Candidates with prior experience working with UK-based firms are highly desirable.
  2. Similar Business Background: Experience in a similar business i.e. The Homeware industry will be a strong advantage.
  3. Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  4. Customer-Centric: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
  5. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing situations and a dynamic work environment.
  6. Team Player: A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
  7. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using customer service tools and systems i.e., G Suite, Microsoft Excel/GSheets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
  2. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  3. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  4. Collaborate with the team to improve overall service quality.
  5. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

1pm to 09:45pm
