Maintaining and Enhancing Human Resources at a leading manufacturer of customized HVAC/R equipment in Pakistan.
The HR Director plays a pivotal role in sustaining and enriching the workforce by developing, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise staff to support operations, planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
- Oversee the implementation of human resources programs through human resources staff, identifying areas for improvement and resolving problems as they arise.
- Manage the work of reporting human resources staff, encouraging ongoing development and growth within the department.
- Select and supervise human resources consultants, attorneys, and training specialists, coordinating company use of insurance brokers, insurance carriers, pension administrators, and other outside sources.
- Conduct regular studies of all human resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments and advancements.
- Lead the development of department goals, objectives, and systems, providing leadership for strategic planning.
- Establish HR departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals.
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department, preparing periodic reports for management to track goal accomplishment.
- Develop and administer programs, procedures, and guidelines to align the workforce with the company's strategic objectives.
- Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings, attending other meetings and seminars as required.
Foster an employee-oriented culture emphasizing quality, continuous improvement, key retention, and high performance.
