Job Title

We are seeking a strategic and technology-savvy HR leader who excels in verbal and written English communication.

  • Manage attendance records to ensure punctuality among employees.
  • Process full and final settlements for employees.
  • Communicate and explain organizational HR policies to staff.
  • Prepare and submit relevant HR documents as required by employees in consultation with management.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including compensation, health insurance, and employee benefits.
  • Provide training to new or existing employees.
  • Coordinate timely distribution of salary, bonuses, increments, and other benefits.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Foster open communication with employees to understand motivation levels within the organization.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Prior experience is preferred. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
