Job Title: Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience as an HR Manager or equivalent in the human resources industry.
  • Proven expertise in HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
