Job Opportunity: HR Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR professional to spearhead our organization's overall human resources processes and activities during evening hours.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of human resources management, with a proven track record of successfully managing recruitment, employee relations, benefits programs, and related documentation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR leader who can provide guidance, support, and oversight to employees regarding company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR-related documentation and employee records.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Stay current with the latest trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in human resources management.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and employee relations management.
  • Strong understanding of HR software and tools, including payroll, time-off, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
