About the Position

Motive empowers teams to manage their drivers, vehicles, equipment, and fleet-related expenses in a singular system. Our industry-leading artificial intelligence provides complete visibility and control, reducing manual workloads by automating and simplifying tasks.


Responsibilities
  • Billing and processing charges
  • Researching outstanding billing items
  • Generating invoices
  • Preparing itemized invoices
  • Reviewing and validating refunds

Collaboration with internal departments ensures timely handling and resolution of cases. You will also assist our sales team in an operational capacity to close sales and generate quotes.


The Ideal Candidate

This role requires a thorough understanding of the Quote-to-Cash process, enabling you to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.


Account Oversight

You will oversee the billing status of accounts, analyze billing documents for accuracy, create customized invoices, and review credits and refunds. Ensuring proper cutoff periods for month-end closing procedures is crucial.
