As an expert in business process optimization, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and translate them into effective Odoo configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with clients to comprehend their business needs
  • Analyze and map client business processes onto Odoo functionalities
  • Configure and customize Odoo modules, encompassing Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, HR, and more
  • Develop detailed documentation of requirements, configurations, and workflows
  • Provide end-user training and functional support
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot reported issues
  • Collaborate with developers for advanced customizations and integrations
  • Manage project tasks, timelines, and communicate status to stakeholders
  • Offer ongoing support and enhancements for live systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of business processes across various domains, including finance, logistics, and HR
  • Hands-on experience in at least 10 Odoo modules
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases is a plus
  • Odoo certification is a strong advantage
