Employee Growth and Performance Expert

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Learning and Development Specialist who is passionate about fostering employee growth and driving performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously enhancing learning programs that build essential skills, promote engagement, and support the strategic objectives of our organization.

You will collaborate closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and employees across various departments to create impactful learning experiences that contribute to individual and organizational success.

  • Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives that develop both technical and behavioral skills.
  • Partner with Managers and Teams: Work with managers and teams to assess learning needs and develop targeted solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Create High-Quality Learning Content: Design and develop high-quality learning content, including e-learning modules, instructional guides, presentations, and other educational materials.
  • Facilitate Engaging Training Sessions: Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions to educate and motivate employees.
  • Evaluate Training Program Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support Employee Onboarding: Support the employee onboarding process by ensuring new team members acquire the knowledge and resources required for success.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, learning methodologies, and emerging technologies to introduce innovative ideas and best practices into the learning function.
  • Promote Continuous Learning: Promote a culture of continuous learning and development by encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in learning & development, talent development, or instructional design.
  • Skills: Strong ability to design and deliver effective learning content and experiences, excellent facilitation and presentation skills, familiarity with e-learning tools and learning management systems, analytical mindset, creative approach, and strong interpersonal skills.
